AquaHub is designed to support farmers and aquaculture operators by providing tools such as:

• Digital records of ponds, tanks, and farms
• Tracking of pond conditions and stocking details
• Logging of feed, health, and disease observations
• General information, tips, and educational content about pond management
• General information about common diseases in prawns and other aquatic species
• General information about drugs or treatments that may be used in aquaculture, where permitted by law
• The Service is informational and educational only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided and for all decisions about farm management, treatments, and biosecurity.

5. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at contact@aquahub.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• Stocking, feed, and water-quality records
• Notes on disease, mortality, or drug use
• Photos, comments, or other related content

You retain any rights you have in your content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to:

• Operate and improve the Service
• Provide you with features and analytics
• Generate anonymized or aggregated statistics that do not identify you or your farm

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Is accurate and lawful
• Does not infringe any third-party rights
• Does not contain viruses, malicious code, or illegal content

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including those related to drug use, residues, and environmental protection.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AquaHub, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification).

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We reasonably believe your use creates a risk of harm to us, other users, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or legal request.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Surat Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
